Subscription Cancellation Policy

Thanks for subscribing to Nectr. We want this to be easy — keep your subscription as long as it's working for you, cancel the moment it isn't. Here's exactly how it works.

How Your Nectr Subscription Works

When you start a Nectr subscription, you're enrolling in an automatically renewing subscription. By signing up, you agree to the following:

Recurring charges. Your payment method will be automatically charged the subscription price shown at checkout, at the cadence you selected (e.g., every 2 weeks, every month), until you cancel.
Renewal date. Each shipment renews on the same date in your billing cycle. You can see your next renewal date anytime in your account portal at nectr.energy/account.
Renewal reminders. We'll email you before every renewal so you always know what's coming and when.
No price changes without notice. If we ever change the price of your subscription, we'll email you at least 30 days in advance so you can decide whether to continue, pause, or cancel.

When You Can Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time after your first shipment has been delivered. We ask for at least one order so you have a chance to actually try the product before deciding.

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Cancellations made inside that 24-hour window will take effect for the shipment after the one already being processed.

How to Cancel — Easy as Signing Up

If you signed up online, you can cancel online in the same number of clicks. No phone calls. No "are you sure?" gauntlet. No forced retention offers. Just cancel.

Pick whichever is easiest:

Self-serve (fastest): Log into your account at nectr.energy/account, go to Subscriptions, and click Cancel Subscription. Your cancellation is processed immediately.
Email: Send a note to [email protected] from the email on your account. Include your order number if you have it handy.
Live chat: Open the chat bubble at the bottom of any page on nectr.energy and ask to cancel.

You will never be required to speak with a representative or sit through a save offer to cancel. If we mention an alternative (like pausing instead of cancelling), it's purely optional — you can decline with one click and your cancellation will still be processed.

We'll send a confirmation once your cancellation is complete. If you don't see it within one business day, check your spam folder or reach out again.

What Happens After You Cancel

You won't be charged for any future shipments.
Any orders already processed or shipped will still be delivered — we can't pull them back once they're in transit.
Your account stays active, so you can restart your subscription anytime without re-entering your details.

Refunds on Shipped Orders — Store Credit

Once an order has shipped, we don't issue refunds back to your original payment method. Instead, eligible returns and complaints are resolved with Nectr store credit, which never expires and can be applied to any future order or subscription shipment.

To request store credit on a shipped order, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery and include your order number plus a brief description of the issue. We'll review and respond within two business days.

This store-credit policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Pausing Instead of Cancelling

If you just need a break, you can pause your subscription instead. From your account portal, choose Pause and pick when you want shipments to resume. No charges while paused. Pausing is optional and never a substitute for cancellation — if you want to cancel, just cancel.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes that affect existing subscribers, we'll email you at least 30 days in advance and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
