Refund Policy
If you don’t like what we sold you then no sweat. We want you to be happy and if you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy, that simple. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to figure out if we are a match or not. If you decide Nectr isn't for you, get in touch with us! All we ask in return is for your honest feedback in exchange for your refund.
Before you send anything back to us, hit up our support team with the following form: Refund Request Form Give us some feedback and anything else you think pertains to the situation causing the return. Don’t worry we keep this fully confidential and won’t put you on blast or anything. Oh, and your privacy is safe with us.
Once we have received the product(s) and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the payment card account within 14 business days. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
Return Costs
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with the seal still intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.
No Restocking Fee (We don't charge a fee on stock items if returned within the policy).
We cannot cover return shipping so any shipping fees will be your responsibility.
Shipping a Return
When shipping your return, please print the order confirmation or place the packing slip in the return package so our staff knows whose return it is.
** Was the original purchase made with one of our retailers? Please direct all refund and return requests their way and they will be able to assist you further.
Exchanges, cancellations, and returns:
Regularly priced items are eligible for full refunds up to 30 days after tracking confirms delivery. The original payment method that was used to make the purchase will be used to make refunds. Usually, you'll get your money back within 14 business days. Please email us at [email protected] if a refund is not received within14 days.
For all exchanges and returns:
No product got damaged or washed.
The original tags must be present.
A genuine purchase receipt is required.
On each of our orders, we offer real-time tracking information. Please wait 48 hours before sending us an email at [email protected] if your order does not arrive by the anticipated due date. To give you more time for refunds and exchanges, we'll do our utmost to find the missing package. If your order is damaged upon arrival, please take pictures and submit them to [email protected]. You can use the return label we'll send you to mail the items back to us, and we'll send you a fresh order with all new items right away.
Customers (buyers) will always be completely liable for the cost of return postage.
No restocking fee is charged for returned goods.
