TeaZa Pouches: Energy vs Chill, Caffeine and Pack Costs

The botanical names describe the manufacturer’s formulation; they do not establish a clinical effect. In particular, the word “Chill” does not prove that a product treats anxiety or sleep problems. Review its full label if you need to avoid a botanical or take medication.
Choose by caffeine requirement first
If you need a caffeine-free product, the Energy line does not qualify. A tea-based source still contributes caffeine. Conversely, choosing Chill means comparing a different blend, not simply subtracting caffeine from an otherwise identical Energy pouch.
Flavor names also cannot settle this decision. A mint or fruit name describes the flavor, not a caffeine amount or complete formula. On a retailer page, make sure the product title, package photo and description all identify the same line.
How the two pack sizes affect price
